AN ACT CONCERNING PERMANENT ABSENTEE BALLOT STATUS FOR DISABLED VOTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide permanent absentee ballot status to voters who are permanently disabled.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove obstacles to voting for persons who are permanently disabled.
