AN ACT CONCERNING THE STREAMLINING OF AGENCY PERMIT AND LICENSING PROCESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each state agency that issues permits or licenses to develop a plan to streamline the permit and licensing processes within such agency.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase efficiency and reduce costs of state agencies.
