AN ACT PROHIBITING THE POSTING OF CERTAIN SIGNS AT PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the posting of signs, identifying the officials and companies involved in public construction projects, at work sites, unless the posting of such signs is a condition of receiving federal funding.
Statement of Purpose:
To save taxpayer money.
