AN ACT CONCERNING CHOICE OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROPANE CUSTOMERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow propane customers who buy or lease their propane tank to choose the propane supplier to fill the tank.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow propane customers to choose their propane suppliers.
