AN ACT PERMITTING VOTERS TO VOTE FOR "NONE OF THE ABOVE" IN ELECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes regarding permissible content on ballots for voting be amended to require a choice of "None of the Above".
Statement of Purpose:
To allow voters to vote for "None of the Above" in elections.
