AN ACT CONCERNING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require all housing developments receiving state funding to designate a certain number of housing units for persons who are chronically homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Statement of Purpose: 

To create the required number of supportive housing units needed in the state to end long-term homelessness.
