AN ACT CONCERNING PROBATE COURT ACCESS IN THE TOWN OF COLCHESTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-2 of the general statutes be amended to require the probate district comprising the towns of Chaplin, Colchester, Hampton, Lebanon, Scotland and Windham to sit in the town of Colchester at least two days per week.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate access to the probate court system.
