AN ACT CONCERNING AN ADVISORY COMMISSION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That an advisory commission be established to review policies and practices of the Department of Correction and make recommendations concerning such policies and practices and legislation or funding needs.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an advisory commission to review policies and practices of the Department of Correction and make recommendations concerning such policies and practices, legislation or funding needs.
