AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY ADDITIONS TO PRIVATE RESIDENCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt temporary additions to private residences from oversight and review by municipalities, provided such additions are used to facilitate the in-home care of a senior citizen or a person with disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To help keep senior citizens and persons with disabilities in their homes.
