AN ACT PROVIDING THAT ALL GUN PERMITS AND LICENSES BE ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that all gun permits and licenses be issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To help reduce the number of state departments that issue permits and licenses.
