AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE ENGAGING IN VANDALISM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That any person who operates a motor vehicle while such person, or any passenger in such motor vehicle, engages in mailbox baseball or paint ball, or shoots a BB gun shall have such person's motor vehicle operator's license suspended for three months and shall perform one hundred twenty hours of community service.

Statement of Purpose: 

To increase the penalty for operating a motor vehicle while engaging in vandalism.
