AN ACT EXEMPTING PERSONS WHO POSSESS A HANDICAPPED MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FROM SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create an exemption from snow and ice removal requirements for motor vehicles for persons who possess a motor vehicle registration issued to persons with disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To create an exemption from snow and ice removal requirements for motor vehicles for persons who possess a handicapped motor vehicle registration.
