AN ACT CONCERNING RECOVERY BY THE STATE FOR COSTS OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the scope of the state's claim against property in which a recipient of medical assistance has a life use for recovery of the cost of such assistance.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the scope of the state's recovery against recipients of Title XIX assistance for the costs of assistance.
