AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR UNAUTHORIZED PARKING IN A PARKING SPACE RESERVED FOR PERSONS WITH BLINDNESS AND PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY THAT IMPAIRS THE ABILITY TO WALK. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 14-253a of the general statutes be amended to provide that the operator's license of any person who parks, without authorization, in a parking space that is reserved for persons with blindness or persons with a disability that impairs the ability to walk shall be suspended for two weeks. Statement of Purpose: To impose a two-week operator's license suspension on a person who parks, without authorization, in a parking space reserved for persons with blindness and persons with a disability that impairs the ability to walk.
