AN ACT IMPOSING A TEMPORARY HOLD ON THE ISSUANCE OF LIVERY PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit, for a limited period of time, the issuance of new livery permits.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement a temporary hold on the issuance of additional livery permits to avoid oversaturation of permits.
