Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than February 1, 2012, the Commissioner of Children and Families, using the format prescribed by the results-based accountability subcommittee of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies, shall submit a results-based accountability report card on the Department of Children and Families' placement of children in out-of-state residential treatment facilities to the select committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to children, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. Such report card shall include, but not be limited to, measures of (1) case management, (2) the cost of placement, (3) the number of children placed in such facilities, and (4) transition, support and after care services provided to children leaving such facilities.
