AN ACT INCORPORATING THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION'S NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 29-252 of the general statutes be amended to incorporate revisions to the National Electrical Code adopted by the National Fire Protection Association.
Statement of Purpose:
To incorporate the National Electrical Code into the State Building Code.
