AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING LEVEL OF THE ECS FORMULA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (2) of subsection (c) of section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to extend the equalization aid grant amounts to fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the current ECS funding levels to fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
