AN ACT CONCERNING A DELAY IN MUNICIPAL REVALUATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to allow any town to delay a revaluation of real property for three years.
Statement of Purpose:
To lessen the costly burdens to towns associated with revaluations.
