AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING OF CERTAIN EDUCATION MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the provisions of public act 10-111 unless such provisions are fully funded by the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal education mandates unless such mandates are fully funded by the state.
