AN ACT CONCERNING PLACEMENT OF A SIGN TO ASSIST SHOPPERS AND RETAILERS IN MILFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective October 1, 2011) The Department of Transportation shall place a sign on one of the concrete supports of the railroad bridge that crosses through the downtown shopping district in Milford. Such sign shall direct shoppers to additional downtown retail locations and shall contain the words "More Shops Ahead" or similar language.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

To assist the economic growth of downtown Milford.
