AN ACT CONCERNING VARIOUS VETERANS' BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall conduct a study of issues concerning federal, state and municipal benefits for veterans. Not later than January 1, 2012, the Commissioner of Veterans' Affairs shall report on such study to the select committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to veterans' affairs, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.

To require the Department of Veterans' Affairs to conduct a study regarding certain benefits for veterans.
