AN ACT CONCERNING AIR CONDITIONING IN NURSING HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require all nursing home facilities to install or maintain air conditioning systems in all resident rooms by July 1, 2011.
Statement of Purpose:
To require nursing homes to have air conditioning in each resident's room by July 1, 2011.
