AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-261 of the general statutes be amended to increase the Medicaid income eligibility level.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist Medicaid clients by increasing the Medicaid income eligibility level.
