AN ACT PROHIBITING COPAYMENTS FOR PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit copayments for preventive care services.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the rate of, and high costs associated with, serious illnesses by encouraging Connecticut residents to use preventive care services.
