AN ACT CONCERNING COPAYMENTS FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require any copayment for prescription drugs covered under an individual or group health insurance policy to be the same, regardless of whether such drugs are obtained from a retail pharmacy or through a mail order pharmacy.
Statement of Purpose:
