AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE RATE APPROVALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to establish procedures for public hearings for health insurance rate increase requests.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase transparency in the health insurance rate approval process.
