AN ACT EXPANDING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR HEARING AIDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage for a portion of the cost of hearing aids for individuals over fifty-five years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for a portion of the cost of hearing aids for individuals over fifty-five years of age.
