AN ACT CONCERNING UNIFORM PREAUTHORIZATION STANDARDS FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND HEALTH INSURERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish uniform standards for health care providers and health insurers for the preauthorization, precertification and predetermination of an admission, service, procedure or extension of stay.
Statement of Purpose:
