AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a state health insurance exchange.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a state health insurance exchange pursuant to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
