AN ACT EXPANDING THE BEVERAGE CONTAINER REDEMPTION SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-243 of the general statutes be amended to amend the definition of noncarbonated beverages to include, teas, sport drinks and juices.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote conservation and a clean environment.
