AN ACT CREATING A CENTRALIZED OFFICE FOR ISSUING BUSINESS PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to create an office within the Office of Policy and Management dedicated to issuing all required state permits for businesses.
Statement of Purpose:
To institute a more "business-friendly" permitting process in the state by creating a centralized permit office.
