AN ACT CONCERNING THE MAINTENANCE OF CURRENT LEVELS OF ECS GRANT AMOUNTS TO TOWNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (2) of subsection (c) of section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to maintain the current grant amounts to towns for fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
Statement of Purpose:
To require ECS funding to be continued at least at the current level for towns.
