AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DOCKET FOR HOUSING MATTERS IN THE BRISTOL SUPERIOR COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a docket in the Bristol Superior Court for all housing cases and claims arising in the New Britain, Hartford, Waterbury and Litchfield judicial districts.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a dedicated housing docket in the Bristol Superior Court.
