AN ACT CONCERNING INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO CANDIDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapters 156 and 157 of the general statutes be amended to permit each individual in Connecticut to financially support the candidate of their choice.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow all individuals to contribute to candidates of their choice from their personal funds.
