AN ACT CONCERNING EXPANSION OF THE CONNPACE APPLICATION PERIOD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-492 of the general statutes be amended to remove the specified period for acceptance of ConnPACE applications and to require the Department of Social Services to accept such applications throughout the year.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to prescription drugs.
