AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT UNIFORM ADULT PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS JURISDICTION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adopt a Connecticut Uniform Adult Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act.
