AN ACT CONCERNING PATIENT ACCESS TO BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-7c of the general statutes be amended to provide a patient with the ability to directly obtain a blood test result ordered by the patient's health care provider.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a patient direct access to the results of a blood test ordered by the patient's health care provider.
