AN ACT CONCERNING GROUP HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require written notice of any proposal to construct or expand a group home to be given to the police and fire chiefs in the municipality in which such construction or expansion is proposed.
Statement of Purpose:
To require notice of the construction or expansion of group homes to be given to certain public safety officials.
