AN ACT CONCERNING DENTAL BENEFITS IN A STATE HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That upon the establishment and enactment of a state health insurance exchange, the general statutes be amended to require preventive dental benefits and additional dental services to be offered as options in health insurance plans sold through such exchange.
Statement of Purpose:
To require, upon the establishment and enactment of a state health insurance exchange, preventive dental benefits and additional dental services to be offered as options in health insurance plans sold through such exchange.
