AN ACT DELAYING MUNICIPAL REVALUATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any municipality required to conduct a revaluation of real property may delay such revaluation until 2014.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to delay revaluation until 2014.
