AN ACT CONCERNING THE RETURN OF MERCURY THERMOSTATS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Any wholesaler who provides a collection system for thermostats that contain mercury shall accept such thermostats from any member of the public.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
