AN ACT SIMPLIFYING CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE BOTTLE BILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to simplify the reporting requirements under the bottle bill for small bottlers and sellers of noncarbonated beverages so that they may file any necessary reports, information or documentation with the state on behalf of their customers including any private label customers.
Statement of Purpose:
To simplify the reporting requirements for small bottlers and sellers of noncarbonated beverages.
