AN ACT CONCERNING IMPROVEMENTS AND FUNDING FOR CHARTER SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That part IVb of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to make infrastructure improvements and provide funding to charter schools in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide needed infrastructure support and funding for charter schools.
