AN ACT ALLOWING THE BURNING OF CERTAIN PROCESSED WOODS AND BOARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the burning of certain processed woods and boards provided such woods and boards are not pressure treated, stained or painted.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the burning of certain untreated woods and boards.
