AN ACT REQUIRING THE REFUND OF CERTAIN CAMPING FEES TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Environmental Protection to refund to state residents who paid increased camping fees in early 2010 the difference between such raised fees and the current camping fee.
Statement of Purpose:
To refund campers the difference of the rolled back camping fees in the same way that hunters and fishermen were credited for their payment of increased fees.
