AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR RENEWABLE ENERGY CERTIFICATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a solar renewable energy certificates.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the growth of solar renewable energy by creating solar renewable energy certificates.
