AN ACT CONCERNING WAIVER OF TAXES, PENALTIES AND INTEREST FOR CERTAIN ENTITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the city of Middletown be allowed to waive taxes, penalties and interest for Rushford and for Lutheran Social Services of New England, two nonprofit entities that were misclassified.
Statement of Purpose:
To correct an administrative misclassification for two nonprofit entities.
