AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE FILM PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-217jj of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To abolish the film production tax credit.
