AN ACT CONCERNING THE STREAMLINING OF DUPLICATIVE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES WITHIN THE CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY AND COMMUNITY-TECHNICAL COLLEGE SYSTEMS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to streamline duplicative administrative processes at the central offices and campus offices of the Connecticut State University System and the community-technical college system by moving all existing essential administrative functions into one office within each system. Statement of Purpose: To streamline the duplicative administrative processes within the Connecticut State University System and the community-technical college system.
